As many executive directors/supervisors and programs know by experience, sending staff to a training alone does not necessarily implant fidelity to a particular model. Having oversight and consultation often does.
We have developed methods that will provide ongoing feedback to your supervisors and/or staff that can prove very beneficial for supervisors to learn how to supervise in CRAFT. Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) for Supervisors teaches the nuances that accompany this model.
Examples of how we have worked with others:
1. Train their supervisors in how to supervise in CRAFT.
2. Work with the supervisors alone.
3. Work side-by-side with the supervisors while they supervise staff.
We have done this process by:
1. Telephone
2. Visually using basic computers
3. Periodically visited the program.
